Car Parlour Return Policy
This Return Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions and process for returning products purchased on Car Parlour (the “Site”).
Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items sold on Car Parlour within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used items: Any item that shows signs of wear or use cannot be returned.
- Opened consumable items: Items like air fresheners or cleaners cannot be returned once opened.
- Special order items: Custom-made or specially ordered products may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for details.
- Items damaged in transit: If your item arrives damaged, please refer to the “Damaged Items” section below.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Return Authorization: Our representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the return item(s) to our designated return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance.
Refunds
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed for the purchase price and any applicable taxes, minus any return shipping costs, within 10 business days.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your financial institution.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at 8591151599 or contact@carparlour.in . Be sure to include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at your discretion.

- We reserve the right to limit returns or refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
